Jubel made our honeymoon absolutely unforgettable. We’ll cherish these moments forever. To our astonishment, we found ourselves in Belize and experienced so much. The resort was stunning and met all our expectations. We even got diving certified, and now we’ve got a new hobby. Big thanks to the whole team at Jubel who put in the effort to turn our dreams into reality!

In 2021, I went on a solo surprise getaway with Jubel. They had every little detail sorted, and the experiences were even more amazing than what I could've arranged myself. The Jubel crew made me feel secure as a solo traveler and reached out to me every day. This was truly one of the best choices I've ever made, and I'd jump at the chance to do it again!

The crew at Jubel has been absolutely amazing. I had initially planned a getaway for me and my partner to reconnect after having a baby, but life threw us a curveball, and a year and a half later, he passed away. The team showed such patience and understanding, going above and beyond to help. Glynnis managed to change the trip into a girls' retreat two years after the original date for my sister and me to unwind and heal from everything. I can't express how much this means to me! This is what true customer service looks like!

We booked with Jubel for our 10th anniversary getaway, and it turned out to be an amazing experience! Now we're even considering planning a family trip abroad. I truly appreciated how it made our holiday feel like a real break—no stressing over destinations or accommodations. I highly suggest it, particularly for folks who get anxious about traveling!

Our unexpected getaway was just great. The accommodations were fantastic, the activities we did were super enjoyable and totally aligned with our interests. It turned out to be one of the most relaxing trips to a place we wouldn't have picked on our own, and we can't wait to plan another adventure soon.

Gris and Glynnis were awesome to deal with. I opted for the surprise package. Make sure to share as much info about what you like and don’t like. Unfortunately, when I opened my envelope filled with smaller ones, the surprise destination was revealed. I thought it might be a mistake until one of the hotels reached out to me before the trip. So much for the surprise.

I was mostly happy with the itinerary and the hotels. However, there were some logistics that could’ve been better thought out. For instance, if you have a 6am bus to catch, they should’ve arranged a taxi to pick you up. What if I had waited until midnight to open my next day’s envelope? It would’ve been nice to have some taxi numbers handy for when the bus drops you off at the next stop and you’re stuck without a ride to your hotel.

They only set up one tour for me, which ended up getting canceled, but they did refund me. Would I try this again? Honestly, I’m not sure. The surprise being spoiled really put a damper on things.

I’ve taken two surprise trips to different destinations with Jubel. The first was to Guatemala, and the second one led me to Portugal. I had an absolute blast on both adventures! Jubel really pays attention to what you like and dislike when it comes to travel. Everything was organized for us, making it super easy! We had just the right amount of free time in each place to explore on our own too.

One of my main worries was sticking to a budget while squeezing in as many fun activities as I could. Jubel managed to arrange a ton of experiences while keeping me within my budget.

Both Guatemala and Portugal were incredible places. In Guatemala, we hiked a volcano, went on an ATV tour, savored some amazing food and drinks, explored cities, chilled by a stunning lake, and so much more! In Portugal, we tasted some of the best food ever, enjoyed a gorgeous wine cruise at sunset, toured local vineyards, and had the time of our lives!

I was thoroughly impressed with how Jubel planned everything and their support while I was away. I’m already looking forward to booking a third trip with them this fall.

Our journey to Iceland with Jubel was quite the experience, but it wasn't without its hiccups! On the plus side, we found a lovely destination and had some fun activities lined up. Now for the downsides: 1- As we were heading to the airport, we opened our package and noticed the hotel dates were all messed up! I reached out to Jubel right away, and they sorted it out quickly, allowing us to stay at the same hotel as we had planned. 2- We had a full-day bus tour scheduled, but we ended up waiting at the bus stop for ages. After a while, we called to check in, only to find out that the bus stop number they gave us was incorrect, and our ride had already left without us. After a bit of a panic, we managed to rent a car with the hotel’s help and ended up doing the tour on our own. Jubel did reimburse us and even threw in a spa package at a nearby spot. Overall, I had a good time, but with these issues, I’m not sure I’d book another trip with Jubel. If we had been in a country where English wasn’t widely spoken or had to navigate a tricky driving situation, things could’ve gone south pretty fast! But I gotta say, their customer service was solid.

Up to now, this has been an amazing experience! We haven't taken our surprise trip yet. The support team has been super responsive and helpful. We shared our dates, budget, and travel preferences. They've handled everything else!

Jubel assisted us with a few mystery getaways. They were a blast and really well organized. We received plenty of info with recommendations, but we had the freedom to explore as we wished after they selected the destinations, arranged the flights, and secured our accommodations. The communication was top-notch, and the prices were quite fair.

I was eager to take my son on a once-in-a-lifetime journey to Peru. Thanks to Jubel, I managed to make it happen! Every transfer, all the activities, the places we stayed, and the support available were truly exceptional. I plan to use their services for my next big adventure. I'm looking to go to Africa/Kenya next! Can't wait to see what kind of adventures Jubel will set up for me there.

It's been a few years since my initial surprise journey with Jubel, and I still believe it was an excellent choice. They customized it to fit my preferences, considered my safety as a solo female traveler, and provided me with an amazing experience all around! I reckon it might be time to plan another one.

We traveled to Iceland just after the nation reopened. Our journey had to be postponed twice before this. Our Jubel rep, Gris, did an incredible job of managing everything that was off or required tweaking. We had a blast, and we appreciate Jubel for navigating all the COVID chaos and being there whenever we needed.

We've taken two unexpected getaways with Jubel, and let me tell ya, they were absolutely fantastic! We explored spots we never even considered and enjoyed everything from a bike and food tour in Carmel by the Sea to an ATV adventure in the Sedona desert. The suggestions for restaurants and activities were right on the money, making our trip unforgettable. No doubt, we’ll be using Jubel again and will suggest it to anyone wanting a stellar trip without the hassle of planning!

I really enjoyed my experience with Jubel! I had been putting it off for a few years since I wasn't keen on the idea of using a travel agency, but I was intrigued by the whole 'surprise' aspect. Eventually, I took the plunge, and it was amazing—totally transformative for me. I opted for the complete surprise package, which meant I had no clue about my destination, activities, meals, or anything else. Even though I didn’t handle any of the planning or bookings, everything was meticulously organized—car rentals, flights, hotel accommodations, activities, you name it. Plus, there were extra personalized activities available if we wanted to join in. I’m definitely going to book another surprise getaway with Jubel, and I now feel confident enough to reach out to them for help with a non-surprise trip as well.
